Within the following-up on the state"s plan to improve and develop infrastructure and services in various governorates, Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed Nazif toured Alexandria governorate to inspect development process taken in Al-Mwasah Hospital, affiliating the Medicine Faculty in Alexandria University. Launching the 1st commerce chambers & general union forum titled "Upgrading and Development"

Within the state"s policy to activate partnership between the government and private sector from one side and activate the internal trade from another side, Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed Nazif inaugurated the 1st forum for commerce chambers and its general union titled "Upgrading and Development" held in Alexandria. The forum was attended by Ministers of Legal Affairs, Communications, Trade & Industry, Housing, Local Development, and Governors of Cairo, Alexandria, Port-Said, Al-Sharkyia, Helwan, as well as Head of the General Union for Egyptian Commerce Chambers, and heads and representatives of commerce chambers in the governorates.

Transport development in Alexandria governorate

Prime Minister, Dr. Ahmed Nazif, chaired a ministerial meeting on public transport development in Alexandria governorate, in attendance of Ministers of Administrative Development and Transport, as well as Alexandria Governor.

Promotional campaign to support Alexandria file for hosting the Mediterranean Games

Prime Minister, Dr. Ahmed Nazif, received Head of the National Council for Sports, Eng. Hassan Sakr, to discuss the promotional campaign plan for supporting Egypt"s file to host the 2017 Mediterranean Games in Alexandria. Dr. Nazif confirmed the importance of planning and studying the promotional campaign efficiently and achieving coordination among the concerned authorities, and between the Foreign Ministry and the Promotional Committee.

Approval of establishment of Egyptian-Libyan Co. for urban community in Al-Fateh City

Prime Minister, Dr. Ahmed Nazif, chaired a ministerial meeting in attendance of Ministers of Legal Affairs, Housing, and Justice, as well as Head of the General Intelligence, approving the establishment of an Egyptian-Libyan Company with investment USD 100 million. The company aims to establish a comprehensive city and provide various levels of housing, infrastructure and services.
