Egypt has traversed consecutive developments, at home and abroad, at various political, economic, social and security levels. and that obviously still has a significant impact on the life of the Egyptian citizen, his works, his livelihood and his investments. that calls us all, without exception or further delay, to stand as one, and everyone should take his designated role according to the provisions of the constitution for the promotion and glory of our great Egypt and address all shortcomings, that almost imposes itself as a usual integral part of our daily lives, with full determination and without laxity, to change our current reality to be better with the help of Allah, to achieve the wishes of the Egyptian human to live a decent life with his sons , but we are all required, even we must, each one in his position, to work so hard, seriously, and honestly for promoting the interest of the country and take occasionally difficult decisions whatever the considerations or even these decisions are against the opinions of people with narrow interests where the fruits of their opinions don’t return back to the all Egyptians. I put before you the Programme of the Government which represents a real beginning for a new period of hard work and a shining hope we are looking forward to implement it. I pledge on my behalf and on behalf of all Member of the government that we will continue the national work direction with all diligence and honesty through a comprehensive political, security, economic and social programme hoping to get support of your venerable council to achieve that. On this occasion, on my behalf and on behalf of all the government authority, I can only present to your Excellency hearty congratulation for your winning in the election of the house of representatives, the third step of the road map, to build the new Egypt in an election that the whole world witnessed that it was transparent and fair and the government presented full support to the high elections committee and sat on the fence among all the spectrums.
