-  Prime Minister's decree no. 1650 of 2010 establishing the National Council for Human Recourses Development in the tourism sector aimed to raise competitiveness in the sector through developing human resources. This would help improving services and productivity quality, as well as activating the technical support and professional training programmes for more coordination and efficiency among them to be connected with the sector's requirements. , 09 June 2010

-  Prime Minister's decree no. 1580 of 2010 substituting Article '2' of the executive regulation of law no. 156 of 2002 establishing an Emergency Aids Fund for Workers as follows; The board of director will be responsible for - developing the general policies to face the establishments' lockout, and the production volume or activity reduction resulted from the economic circumstances, to be taken in cooperation with the concerned authorities to help overcoming reasons behind the non-payment of workers' salaries. – coordinating with authorities concerned with labor and workers' affairs to reduce consequences of the mentioned cases, determine the problem, and continuously follow-up. – disbursing recoverable aids in case of reducing number of workers to help paying them compensations in accordance to measures and procedures to be approved by the board in agreement with all other authorities related to the establishment according to the circumstances of each case., 07 June 2010

-  Prime Minister's decree no. 1554 of 2010 considering the archeological site in Al-Helwa village named 'Amenhotep Hawa' as a state-owned archeological site, located in Giza governorate. , 03 June 2010

-  Prime Minister's decree no. 1487 of 2010 issuing EGP one and five gold-plated commemorative coin, and EGP five silver-plated commemorative coin on the occasion of the Silver Jubilee of the Declaration of Ras Muhammed National Park , 01 June 2010

-  Prime Minister's decree no. 1414 of 2010 concerning the establishment of a road starting from new Sohag Bridge, West Nile, of length 8,2 km ending at the northern entrance of New Sohag City, as a public interest. 15/5/2010 , 15 May 2010

-  Prime Minister's decree no. 1179 of 2010 concerning the administrative divisions and boarders draw of Cairo, Helwan, Giza and 6th October governorates. Concerning Helwan governorate, all villages of Atfeh District will affiliate Helwan and the industrial zone in El-Korymat will be divided between Helwan and Beni-Sueif and the cement factories area will affiliate Beni-Sueif while the rest will affiliate Helwan. Regarding Giza, the local unit of Giza and El-Warak district and City, as well as the administrative entity of Saft El-Labn and Ard El-Lewa villages were canceled to be part of the area concerned with Giza governorate. The governorate divided to 14 areas namely El-Warak, Embaba, El-Mounira, El-Agouza, El-Douky, North Bolak El-Dakrour, South Bolak El-Dakrour, South Giza, Eastern Omranyia, El-Omranyia, El-Talbyia, El-Remayia, El-Haram, and El-Ahram Parks. The part of El-Moatamadyia Village located at East the Ring Road will be part of one of Giza's areas that will be established. Concerning 6th October governorate, both parts located at West Round Road (Kafr Ghataty and El-Bakary) will be one city. The 'Local Unit' of Giza District will be changed to the Local Unit of Abu El-Nomrs District. As for the Local Unit of Ausim District, it will include the part located at West Ring Round from the Local Unit of Bashteel Village and Mohamed Island. Helwan and 6th October governorates will affiliate Greater Cairo region. 04 May 2010

-  Prime Minister's decree no. 1145 of 2010 approving the show of 8 archeological pieces from the Egyptian Museum to be presented in China from 1/5/2010- 31/10/2010, 2/5/2010, 02 May 2010

-  Prime Minister's decree no. 1044 of 2010 approving the show of 142 archeological pieces in ' Finding Cleopatra' exhibition to be presented in USA from 5/6/2010- 31/5/2013, 21/4/2010, 21 April 2010

-  Prime Minister's decree no. 869 of 2019 concerning the supervisory measures and standards of grants and donations either in-kind or cash ones provided by citizens, foreigners or international authorities to the state's administrative agency units. 1/4/2010, 01 April 2010

-  Prime Minister's decree no. 856 of 2010 concerning the commitment of ministries, government bodies and affiliated authorities to allow and exchange data between them in accordance to the national plan on data exchange and integration. This helps facilitating services to people as well as supporting decisions making. 1/4/2010, 01 April 2010

-  Prime Minister's decree no. 835 of 2010 giving incentives of the excellent scientific performance to employees of the Education Ministry using same conditions and regulations issued by the Prime Minister's decree no. 734 of 2005 (for PhD. -  Prime Minister's decree no. 781 of 2010 substituting texts of articles 3,4,5,6 of the Prime Minister's decree no. 1596 of 1991 with the executive regulation of law no. 5 of 1991 concerning the civil leadership positions in the state's administrative agency and the public sector. Each authority shall announce the vacancies of leadership positions in its website and in two daily known newspapers or in the Egyptian government's website. 22/3/2010, 22 March 2010

- Prime Minister's decree no. 651 of 2010 transforming Port-Fouad district to a City, in Port-Said governorate. The city will encompass Al-Shark, Al-Arab, Al-Monhakh, Al-Dawahy, South, and Al-Zhour districts. , 10 March 2010
