Egypt's Supreme Council of the Armed Forces Decrees
 
- The Supreme Council for Armed Forces decree no. 200 of 2011 stating that voters listed in the database in accordance to law regulations no. 73 of 1956 are invited to meet in the concerned elections sub-committee, to elect members of the Shoura Council as follows;
- First phase: In Cairo, Fayoum, Port-Said, Damietta, Alexandria, Kafr Al-Sheikh, Assuit, Luxor and Red Sea governorates on Saturday 29th January 2012 and the re-election on Monday 5th February 2012.
- Second phase: In Giza, Beni-Suef, Menufyia, Sharkyia, Ismaelia, Suez, Behyra, Sohag and Aswan governorates on Tuesday 14th February 2012, re-election will be on Tuesday 21st February 2012.
- Third phase: In Menyia, Qaluobyia, Gharbyia, Dakahlyia, South Sinai, North Sinai, Matrouh, Qena, and New Valley governorates on 4th March 2012, and the re-election on Sunday 11th March 2012.
• The new Shoura Council meeting will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday 24th March 2012., 27 October 2011

- The Supreme Council for Armed Forces decree no. 199 of 2011 stating that voters listed in the database in accordance to law regulations no. 73 of 1956 are invited to meet in the concerned elections sub-committee, to elect members of the People’s Assembly Council as follows;
First phase: In Cairo, Fayoum, Port-Said, Damietta, Alexandria, Kafr Al-Sheikh, Assuit, Luxor and Red Sea governorates on Monday 28th November 2011 and the re-election on Monday 5th December 2011.
Second phase: In Giza, Beni-Suef, Menufyia, Sharkyia, Ismaelia, Suez, Behyra, Sohag and Aswan governorates on Wednesday 14th December 2011, re-election will be on Wednesday 21st December 2011.
Third phase: In Menyia, Qaluobyia, Gharbyia, Dakahlyia, South Sinai, North Sinai, Matrouh, Qena, and New Valley governorates on 3rd January 2011, and the re-election on Tuesday 10th January 2012.
• The new People’s Assembly Council meeting will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday 17th March 2012., 27 October 2011

- The Supreme Council for Armed Forces decree no. 207 of 2011 canceling the President’s decree no. 65 of 1997- mentioned- concerning the allocation of lands for establishment of Dahab International Airport., 04 October 2011

- The Supreme Council for Armed Forces decree no. 206 of 2011 delegating the Prime Minister to select any of the ministers to carry responsibility of the minister who is absent. , 04 October 2011

- The Supreme Council for Armed Forces decree no. 202 of 2011 remitting the sentence period of some prisoners on the occasion of the Armed Forces Day on 6th October 2011, and Al-Adha Day on 10th Zu El-Hega of 1432 in accordance to conditions subjected in the decree., 03 October 2011

- The Supreme Council for Armed Forces decree no. 198 of 2011 amending some regulations of the President’s decree no. 147 of 2007 establishing a university naming “Delta University for Science and Technology”, adding Oral and Dentistry Medicine Faculty, Pharmaceutical Medicine and Biotechnology Faculty, and Nursing Faculty. , 27 September 2011

- The Supreme Council for Armed Forces decree no. 193 amending some regulations of the President’s decree no. 126 of 2010 concerning the extension of emergency case “substituting article 2 of the mentioned decree by the following;”
Enforcing regulations arising from the emergency case declaration during the declaration period in case of facing any internal disturbance, all terrorism danger, national security or public system disruption or financing all these, owning weapons and ammunition and trading them, as well as exporting and importing morphine and trading them, and in bullying cases, running constructions, stopping transports, cutting roads, broadcasting wrong news or rumors intentionally. , 10 September 2011

- The Supreme Council for Armed Forces decree no. 167 of 2011 appointing new governors. , 07 August 2011

- The Supreme Council for Armed Forces decree no. 165 of 2011 transferring the Consulate of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Juba to Embassy in South Sudan, starting from 9-7-2011 (The date announcing the Republic of South Sudan), 07 August 2011

- The Supreme Council for Armed Forces decree no. 159 of 2011 exempting the rest of sentence depriving freedom for those who spent half of their punishment in accordance to conditions subjected in the decree., 30 July 2011

- The Supreme Council for Armed Forces decree no. 158 of 2011 stating that the Supreme Council for Antiquities will affiliate the Prime Minister, and will be the Minister concerned with enforcing regulations of the law protecting antiquities, and the President decree’s law no. 82 of 1994 on establishing the Supreme Council for Antiquities and to be delegated in some of these competences. , 30 July 2011

- The Supreme Council for Armed Forces decree no. 157 of 2011 stating that Vice Prime Minister for Economic Affairs and the Minister Finance will be the Minister concerned with enforcement of law no. 10 of 2009 organizing the supervision of markets, and the non-banking financial tools, and to be delegated in some of these competences. , 30 July 2011

- The Supreme Council for Armed Forces decree no. 156 of 2011 organizing the public business sector ministry (the ministry aims to supervise the public business sector companies, follow-up and evaluate its outcomes and present periodical reports to the Cabinet of Ministers in this concern. The ministry shall preserve the state rights in the public business sector companies, as well as taking procedures to transfer employees in the investment ministry to the public business sector ministry. , 30 July 2011

- The Supreme Council for Armed Forces decree no. 155 of 2011 delegating the Minister of State for Higher Education and Scientific Research to exercise competences of the President subjected in the President’s decree no. 30 of 2004 concerning the reorganization of Sadat Academy for Administrative Science excluding the appointment of the Academy Chairman, and establishment of faculties and institutions. , 30 July 2011

- The Supreme Council for Armed Forces decree no. 154 of 2011 delegating the Minister of Industry and Foreign Trade to exercise competences of the President subjected in articles no. 1 and 3 of law no. 21 of 1958 concerning the industry organization and encouragement in Egypt. , 30 July 2011

- The Supreme Council for Armed Forces decree no. 153 of 2011 stating that the Vice Prime Minister for Political Development and the Minister of Public Business Sector as the Minister concerned with affairs of administrative development. , 30 July 2011

- The Supreme Council for Armed Forces decree no. 152 of 2011 stating that the Vice Prime Minister for Political Development and Democratic Change, and the Minister of Public Business Sector as the Minister concerned with affairs of People’s Assembly and Shoura Councils., 30 July 2011

- The Supreme Council for Armed Forces decree no. 144 of 2011 remitting the sentence period of some prisoners on the occasion of the 29th annual anniversary of 23rd Revolution 1952 and Eid Al-Fetr. , 21 July 2011

-  The Supreme Council for Armed Forces decree no. 138 of 2011 amending some of the executive regulations of the university organization law
• The Faculty of Arts to be added to Port-Said University
• “The Higher Institution for Energy” shall substitute the Energy Engineering Faculty in South Valley University-Aswan branch
• “The Higher Institution for Technology” shall substitute the Engineering Faculty- Banha University , 14 July 2011
